18kt Yellow Gold, Oxidized Sterling Silver, Blue Topaz, and Royston Turquoise Skull Ring By Artist Kit Carson. This ring features a skull with three sterling silver bezel set Royston Turquoise cabochons, 18kt yellow gold dot beads and gold crown, Topaz gemstone eye, and a rose with two leaves as a mustache. This ring features a message on the inside of the band reading, “Cruise Easy”, and measures 2 inches x 1 7/8 inches.

Kit Carson’s jewelry profession continued to grow, adding sculpture and painting along the way. His specialty is engraved jewelry with a rainbow of gemstones, including high grade turquoise. The beauty and humor of animals is a constant theme in his work. Kit’s design style has an Art Nouveau filter that smooths out his line.
His current line of jewelry is called Romantic Rust. This on-going series includes cuffs from license plates, chains, and bolo ties with hood ornaments.
