Cottonwood Root Warrior Mouse by Hopi Carver.

Warrior Mouse Kachina is a hero to the Hopi of Second Mesa for having rid the people of a troublesome chicken-hawk they had been unable to eliminate from the Mesa. The Mouse Warrior tricked the chicken-hawk into impaling itself on a stake thus becoming a hero to the people. This carving is 15 inches x 6 inches.
