David McElroy, a member of the Choctaw Indian Nation of Oklahoma, is a Santa Fe based silversmith specializing in Native American jewelry. Born and raised in Bartlesville, McElroy began his silversmith training while living and working in the UK.
McElroy developed a love of working in sterling silver, particularly traditional Native and European repoussé techniques. He also integrates semi-precious stones in designs that are unique, classic pieces. His goal for each piece is to create a timeless design that inspires and deserves to be a lasting part of his customers collections.
McElroy’s designs have been presented at the prestigious Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair and Market in Phoenix as well as the Santa Fe Indian Market
